Red-Bellied Woodpecker

Dentist: This will hurt a little.

Patient: OK.

Dentist: I’ve been having an affair with your wife for a while now.

Interesting Fact:  These birds often stick to main branches and trunks of trees, where they hitch in classic woodpecker fashion, leaning away from the trunk and onto their stiff tail feathers as they search for food hiding in bark crevices. 1. Miriam hit it, ouch about the joke! I saw a woodpecker the other day on a walk behind my apartment here in Vegas, it’s feathers look very similar if not identical to the photo. And that bird was chowing down on something good. Workin’ it!

    • Yes she did. Hehehe. The woodpecker that you seen might have been Gila Woodpecker that’s more common for your area I think. Thank you very much for stopping by and sharing your thoughts. Happy Blogging!
