Snowy Egret
Did you here about the mathematician who was afraid of negative numbers?
He will stop at nothing to avoid them.
Interesting Fact: The oldest Snowy Egret on record was at least 17 years, 7 months old. It was banded in Colorado in 1970 and found in Mexico in 1988. ( https://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Snowy_Egret )

Superb image! Not often does one find water that calm. Oh, and I liked the humor. (Took me a second…)

Beautiful. I remember a few years ago, when we visited family in Natchez, Mississippi right after the River had flooded the local golf course, the Snowy Egrets were everywhere. They all had perfect reflections in the still, yet to recede waters. I wonder if that golfing grass grass felt weird to their feet.
I took so many photos but none this stunning. Thanks.
That must have been quite a sight, I am a little jealous. Thank you very much for stopping by and sharing your experience with us. Happy Blogging! 🙂
