Great expressions. I admit to way more eggs than the “average”. We have an “egg lady” just up the road with the very best organic eggs I’ve ever eaten. Since they are packed with protein, and the price is so reasonable, they make a lovely meal on a budget! Never will I look at that carton of brown eggs the same way !
