They say a picture is worth a thousand words, yet the guy at the gallery wouldn’t trade me that painting for my newspaper.

Great photo. Someone recently tagged our garage door, which I’m not so happy about. It’s going to be a beast to get off. I have enough trouble with my own kids wrecking the place without someone else’s joining in. I just can’t understand what makes someone think they can be like a dog and piss on every pole and leave someone else to clean up after them? This probably sounds a rather angry but this is actually the first time I’ve actually reacted to it. I am severely unwell and it’s taken us 14 years to pull up the vinyl in our kitchen and do the floorboards. Fortunately, the garage door is in the back lane way and out of the way so we’ll probably just live with it.

Thank you very much, I am very happy that you stopped by and enjoyed my work. 🙂
This reminds me of my childhood: the city of New Brunswick, NJ, every Halloween used to have a store window-painting contest and my father would put us in the chariot–er, I mean the car–and take us all around the business section to see all the scary pictures. I loved that.
To do something like that today would require unbroken shop windows and a populace that wouldn’t try to attack the visitors.
Wow that’s amazing thank you for sharing this amazing story with us. 🙂
