Golden Gate Bridge
Just watched a documentary about beavers… It was the best damn program I’ve ever seen.
Interesting Fact:Many wanted to build a bridge to connect San Francisco to Marin County. San Francisco was the largest American city still served primarily by ferry boats. Because it did not have a permanent link with communities around the bay, the city’s growth rate was below the national average.[14] Many experts said that a bridge could not be built across the 6,700 ft (2,042 m) strait, which had strong, swirling tides and currents, with water 372 ft (113 m) deep[15] at the center of the channel, and frequent strong winds. Experts said that ferocious winds and blinding fogs would prevent construction and operation. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_Gate_Bridge#Ferry_service )
I’ve been to the spot many times. Beautiful

Nice photo. Proof that we should never say “Can’t”.
Definitely agree with you on that one. Thank you very much for stopping by and sharing your thoughts with us. Happy Blogging! 🙂
Which beaver documentary? PBS or NatGeo?
Great shot of San Francisco’s “impossible” bridge … !
Hehehe. That was just a joke, because beaver build dams so it was best “Damn” program. Thank you very much for stopping by and taking an interest. Happy Blogging! 🙂
So long as you don’t burn the bridges you want to cross before you come to them! 😉
Hehehe. That is very true. Thank you for stopping by and sharing your thoughts with us. Happy Blogging! 🙂
Your photo is lovely, but your title stunned me. Going through one of those decision-making seasons. You really can’t do both, can you?! 🙂 Blessings!
Thank you very much, I am really glad to see that you enjoyed my work. I truly appreciate your feedback and Happy Blogging! 🙂
Aagh that reminds me, have been several times to San Fran – but every time it’s or foggy or we run out of time. What is reported about the fog is true – sometimes it’s so thick you can only see a few cars in front of you. Like the angle you took from the side! Thanks for the like:)
Yeah that happened quite often there. Thank you very much for stopping by, checking out my work and Happy Blogging! 🙂
Last may I was in golden gate and the weather is so windy and very cold it’s like winter. You did not include your joke in this post ah . I have my new site now because the old one is running out of space . The new one is LEDYLACSONPINOYTRAVELLER.WORDPRESS.COM
It is super windy there. I did include the joke it’s about the documentary. Not a lot of people got that joke. Thank you very much for stopping by and sharing with us. Happy Blogging! 🙂
Great picture, I never get tired of that view. Been to that spot many times as well, funny but rarely have fog problems there. Now that I think about it probably because if it’s a fogged in day we don’t go! Advantage of being a local.
It is quite stunning to see in person. Thank you very much for stopping by and sharing your thoughts with us. Happy Blogging! 🙂
Love your photos and your headlines are pure genius!
