Why does the mermaid wear seashells?
Because she grew out of her B-shells.
Interesting Fact: The turn of a snail’s shell is called a whorl. In 99 percent of all snail species, that whorl goes in a clockwise direction. ( http://www.ehow.com/facts_5233555_seashell-kids.html )

Very unique photo with the sea foam. Wonderful!

I wonder if those 1% of snails are willfully non-conformist. Lovely photo.
That is a good question. Thank you very much for stopping by and checking out my work. π
Perfect timing on this capture. Love the little “tent” of sea foam. We don’t have an ocean here in New Mexico. Just as well, though. At the seashore, I always got sea shells between my toes and sand in my pocket.
Yes you do. :). Thank you, I am very pleased with the way this photo came out. But New Mexico has a lot of interesting sight instead of the shore. π
Thank you very much. π
Love the Foam. Love the narration. Great Shot as expected.
