Butterfly

My friend thinks he is smart.

He told me an onion is the only food that makes you cry, so I threw a coconut at his face.

Interesting Fact: Butterflies can eat anything that can dissolve in water. They mostly feed on nectar from flowers but also eat tree sap, dung, pollen, or rotting fruit. They are attracted to sodium found in salt and sweat. This is why they sometimes even land on people in Butterfly Parks. Sodium as well as many other minerals is vital for the butterflies reproduction.Β ( http://www.whatdobutterflieseat.info/ )

  1. Questions from an *very* amateur butterfly photographer — if you don’t mind too much — what sort of camera do you have? Do you post-process close ups like this in a program, and if so what one? It’s an amazing pic!

    • Thank you very much, and I don’t mind at all answering your questions. For that photo I used Nikon D7000 with 55-300mm lens. I didn’t use any program on this photo but every once in a while I use a photoshop cs6. I appreciate you stopping by and checking out my work. Happy Blogging! πŸ™‚
