Hispaniolan slider
Why did the turtle cross the road?
To get to the shell station!
Interesting Fact: The Hispaniolan slider is a freshwater turtle. They can live on land and water, but prefer to be near freshwater.[3] These sliders are not on the endangered list, but are considered vulnerable. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hispaniolan_slider )

Great joke. I looked for turtles in the park where I walked today as it was hot, hot, hot after a chilly and rainy Spring here in Southeast Michigan. Saw a couple of big ones sunning themselves on a log … their log from last year was totally submerged from all the rain, so they took the duck’s log and the ducks were just standing on shore watching them. Oh well.
Hehehe they did a hostile takeover. Thank you very much for stopping by and sharing your story with us. Happy Blogging! π
