  1. I used to save deer during hunting season by standing outside and blasting my trumpet to scare them (I hoped) into hiding. Probably ineffective, but it made me feel like I was doing something.

  2. I encountered a deer once while out. The deer charged near me and I ran so fast, I shocked myself.
