My heart always skips a beat when I see my nationality being used in an interesting way. I do know of Dutch ovens, but I never considered them to be Dutch…. Dutch courage is one of my favorites and recently I learnt about a “Dutch puzzle” which is apparently a quilt made from small scraps? Wonderful ode to our frugality!
