Green Heron
What do you call an alligator in a vest?
An Investigator
Interesting Fact: Like many herons, the Green Heron tends to wander outside of its breeding range after the nesting season is over. Most of the wanderers stay nearby as they search for good feeding habitat, but some travel long distances. Individuals have turned up as far away as England and France. Never would have thought this bird is a Heron, so small but very attractive colours and head/bill shape.
Yeah it is a little bit smaller but still hunts like a heron. Thank you for stopping by and sharing your thoughts. Happy Blogging! 🙂
I love how you boldly use that 1000 ISO! Thank you for sharing your post and settings!
Thank you very much, it was a very cloudy and rainy day had to bump it up to a 1000. Other wise it would be little blurry, doesn’t help that I didn’t bring my tripod and was shooting free hand. I appreciate your feedback and Happy Blogging! 🙂
